Well, here we are again. And, as always we start with the rules :

1. First paying customer gets it. By phone or in person ( 817-332-1772. Call. It’s best to call.)
2. No holds. None. We just can’t.
3. No returns. We never want to see this thing again. ever.

Today we are unloading a chair. An armchair to be exact. This is a classic rolled arm chair, and it’s a pretty good sized chair too. It is slipcovered in a washable cotton fabric. It’s a lovely, neutral, grey and cream print – a small scale print. I wouldn’t call it “shabby”, or modern, or traditional. I wouldn’t call it anything. Which sorta brings me to why we are giving it up -I’m bored just talking about it. I bet you have wandered right past it last time you were in the store.

However, because of my soft heart, I’m going to come to it’s defense. This chair, while sorta vanilla, is a great chair. As I already stated, it has a washable slipcover – that alone makes it great. The fabric is a nice looking neutral print that could easily mix with many different colors or styles. It’s a comfy – down back cushion. It’s an unassuming, simple chair – and sometimes that’s great. Sometimes that’s what’s called for. Heck, our store is called Simple Things. We should love this thing. But, alas, we do not. So please take it away.
