Deal of the Week! (and some news) SOLD!

Sorry, It sold.

First off, we are going to sneak a little official business into this post. As you all probably know Labor Day is this Monday, and Simple Things is celebrating by taking a little break from our labors. So, we will be closed starting tomorrow thru Monday. Like you, we want a little rest and some time to spend with family and friends. We hope you enjoy your weekend.

Okay, now that we have that out of the way, let’s dispense with the rules :

1. First paying customer gets it. By phone or in person ( 817-332-1772. Call. It’s best to call.)
2. No holds. None. We just can’t.
3. No returns. We never want to see this thing again. ever.

Okay, go ahead and pick up the phone. This week we are offering up an amazing chair! This particular frame is, very possibly our favorite chair ever, or at least in the top 3. It’s a classic english arm chair. It’s upholstered in a pretty conservative and neutral floral – don’t be scared by the floral thing – this is a good one. Have you called yet?!? Okay, here’s some more – this chair has the perfect pitch, a down back and a down and spring deep seat – which means you sink into it and never wanna leave. You can settle in with a newspaper (people still do that, you know), you can snuggle up with a child and read a book, you can lean you head back and take a nap. Need I say more?

The cons on this chair….or rather, the con might be the fabric. It’s a thin-ish linen, so maybe not the best choice for a rowdy family room. But maybe your family isn’t the rowdy sort.

Why are we dumping this amazing chair? There’s a great reason really – we are filling up for fall. In the coming weeks, starting, well, yesterday, new stuff will be rolling in – some really cool stuff.

So, pick up that phone!
