Deal of the Week is sold!

The Deal of the Week is back! The person that posts the deal of the week is not back, but the deal is. Because the deal of the weeker is still technically vacationing they have decided to phone this one in. No long drawn out descriptions, no elaborate backstories, no witty ramblings. No, this deal of the week is stripped down to a few brief statements.

First, the rules :

1. First paying customer gets it. By phone or in person ( 817-332-1772 , call. it’s best to call.)

2. No holds. None. We just can’t.

3. No returns. We never want to see this thing again. ever.

Description : This is a metal vintage milk pricing sign. It was found (and this so cool) still wrapped up, unused, untouched in an abandoned warehouse in Fort Worth. It is marked May Advertising, Fort Worth, Texas. It’s pristine. It’s a two sided sign, which is pretty cool, especially if you are a sign geek. Great graphics. Nice typeface. It’s everything a good sign should be. And it has a set of numbers that flip around so you can price your milk however you choose (see photos below and that last statement will make much more sense). And it’s just cool. It’s a perfect piece of art for a kitchen or maybe a kid’s room…or, you know, a milk store.

Why is this a deal? Well, unlike most Deals of the Week, we’re aren’t tired of it. We don’t hate it. In fact, we love it. It’s just that it’s been around for a long time and we are baffled by that. Somewhere we have a photo of it in the old store. The old one. I’m talkin’ University Park old. Anyway, we love it so much that we are ready to find it a good home. A home where it’s loved and appreciated. And we want to find an owner that is excited to get it. Maybe that’s you! …..Now that i think about it, you may be competing with me – now that I’ve written all this, I may be the first to call! You just better hurry!
